ATCO EnergySense is currently developing a school program aimed at teaching grade four students about Alberta’s energy resources and energy efficiency practices.  This unique program will be delivered through the use of a 39-foot motor home, outfitted with activities to promote hands-on, inquiry-based learning. 

The Energy Education Mobile will travel throughout ATCO Gas and ATCO Electric service territories beginning in early 2010 and will be available for booking for elementary schools as well as community events.  In the interest of being as environmentally friendly as possible, the TEEM will be powered by biodiesel and use renewable resources like the sun and the wind to generate electricity!
