IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ECOENERGY CUSTOMERS REGARDING YOUR 18 MONTH TIMELINE UNDER THE ECOENERGY PROGRAM

Please note that the 18 month period you have under the ecoENERGY Program to complete upgrades on your home no longer applies to customers who have scheduled their follow-up assessment AFTER September 30, 2009 because the program is scheduled to end on March 31, 2011. All follow-up assessments MUST be completed by this date.

Under the ecoENERGY Home Retrofit program you have until March 31, 2011 to complete your follow-up assessment.

Natural Resources Canada has announced that no extensions to this timeline will be granted.  We suggest you plan ahead and contact us toll-free at 310-SAVE (7283) well in advance so we can arrange an appointment that will fit within your timeline.

If you live in Calgary, Edmonton or their surrounding areas we recommend that you contact us no later than Dec 31, 2010.  

For those of you who live in remote locations outside of the Calgary and Edmonton areas, we suggest you contact us by Oct 31, 2010 to get your name on the list for trips to your area.  This will ensure we are able to have an energy advisor in your area within your timeline.

Although the follow-up appointment needs to take place after the work is completed, you are more than welcome to contact us in advance to start the scheduling process.
