Filling out the follow-up home energy assessment request form below should be done after completing the initial home energy assessment and after completing all planned energy efficiency improvements. Only work that is completed after your initial evaluation and supplies purchased after June 6, 2011 will qualify for grants. At the time of your follow-up evaluation you will be required to provide your receipts to your Certified Energy Advisor (CEA) for all work completed and material purchased. The CEA is required to take pictures of these receipts to send to Natural Resources Canada. You must also keep ALL receipts for three years. The follow-up assessment costs $150 plus GST. This booking request form will not schedule an actual appointment date; a call representative will contact you within two business days of submitting this form. This service is available to customers within ATCO Gas and ATCO Electric service areas only.
