• Purpose and size of the facility

Determining the purpose and size of the facility will greatly affect the cost and benefit of an energy assessment.

The customer will then receive a quote confirming:

• Size and location of the facility
• Cost of the assessment
• An official acceptance form that must be signed and returned to ATCO EnergySense

After one of our experienced evaluators examines the facility, the customer will receive a report containing:

• A detailed summary of the current building envelope, mechanical and electrical equipment
• Suggested changes for improved energy efficiency
• Potential greenhouse gas emission reductions
• Estimated cost of implementing energy efficiency changes
• Estimated savings of implementing energy efficiency changes
• Projected payback period of retrofits
• Breakdown of electricity and natural gas cost consumption
